IPL Sapphire light block

• The Sapphire IPL Light Guide Block product is a light guide block used for laser beauty devices. It is a rectangular optical glass with all six surfaces being optically polished. On one of the end faces, a cutoff filter film is coated. Generally, it blocks light below 575nm and allows light from 600nm to 1200nm to pass through. The light that passes through is fully reflected around the periphery of the light guide block and finally exits through the other end face, then irradiating the skin surface for laser beauty treatment. It is the light transmission window used on IPL laser beauty and skin care devices. 

• Sapphire has an excellent thermal conductivity coefficient, and its single crystal structure can withstand high-energy lasers. When applied in IPL devices, it enables users to enjoy an extremely comfortable experience while ensuring absolute safety. It is an upgraded and alternative material to K9 glass and quartz materials. 

• The general shape of this product is usually: a cuboid, a rectangular body, and a conical shape. Among them, two of the surfaces are light-transmitting surfaces. 

• We can carry out operations such as drilling holes and cutting grooves on this product to shape it. 

• We can also coat various stopband and anti-reflection films according to customer requirements, further enhancing the energy transmission capacity. 

• The main optical wavelength bands coated on the sapphire crystal light guide block are: 

• 430nm/480nm: Anti-acne / Anti-pimples 

• 530nm: Anti-spot / Anti-wrinkle 

• 560nm: Whitening and skin rejuvenation 

• 580nm: Reduces red blood vessels 

• 640nm/670nm/690nm: Hair Removal
